True North is an integrative health community located in the beautiful Glens Falls region of upstate New York. It is comprised of a group of experienced and dedicated practitioners who strive to provide the best possible services to their clients, to each other, and to the community.  


True North is wheelchair accessible and is a smoke free property. The parking lot is handicap only. Street parking is available on Glen Street and Lincoln Avenue. 

The front office is closed every day from 12-1 for lunch.

Mindfulness​ and Movement for kids (5-10)

Kids will practice breathing, meditation, and physical exercises to learn how to calm and center themselves.

Sundays 4:30pm to 5:15pm

Bring a towel or yoga mat.
$10 drop in fee per class.
Facilitators: Diana Palmer, LMFT and Sara Rice, OT​

Our practitioners specialize in mental, physical, holistic, and alternative healthcare, offering clients the convenience of multiple services and coordinated treatment plans in one location. We work with both modern medicine and ancient healing traditions that address the unique concerns of each individual in helping them to find equilibrium and to live their best lives. Your services are needed in our community; new practitioners can expect immediate demand for their areas of specialty.
